Services Trainer

Hannon Hill is currently hiring for a Services Trainer. The primary function will be to train clients on our product in a flexible, engaging, and thorough manner. The ideal applicant will have prior experience teaching complex technology in simple language to audiences of widely varying experience. Responsibilities

  • Have fun and be passionate about your work (#1)
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Communicate with clients about their training needs
  • Train clients 2-4 days per week either on-site or remotely
  • Improve corporate training curriculum and supporting materials
  • Respond to ongoing, post-training client questions
  • Implement on-the-spot technical solutions for clients when timely, possible, and appropriate
  • Work with the Services team to increase depth of organizational knowledge and improve customer service

Requirements

  • BA/BS/MS degree
  • Excellent customer communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to teach complex technical concepts in audience-appropriate language
  • Strong technical skills using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
  • Experience with internet multi-media production (video and image editing) a plus
