VP of Engineering
Bradley has been with Hannon Hill since 2004. Bradley is the brains and strategic vision behind Cascade Server. A graduate of Rice University, Bradley has been with Hannon Hill for many years and seen it through many iterations. He always keeps our clients' best interest in mind when it comes to deciding which features will be implemented in future versions of the product. Bradley's main goal is to ensure that Cascade Server is a great product for technical users and business users alike.
Penny joined Hannon Hill in 2004 as the company's lead Services Developer before being promoted to Services Manager. Penny knows Cascade Server like the back of her hand, which enables her to gather our customers' requirements meticulously and to translate those requirements into technical specifications for both her own team and for the technical users on the client's side. Penny oversees all professional services associated with Cascade Server for the company’s clients. She coordinates all projects and training for Cascade Server users, including initial product implementations and integrations and delegation of subsequent service requests.
Tim has been with Hannon Hill since 2005. Tim manages the Support team at Hannon Hill, where he oversees all support interactions with clients and prospects. His responsibilities include troubleshooting problems, assisting with software installations and upgrades, providing recommendations for optimal system performance, and maintaining Hannon Hill’s hosted Cascade Server instances. Tim's dedication to customer service is hard to surpass, as he works tirelessly to make sure that all of our clients' questions are answered.
VP of Sales
Blaine has been with Hannon Hill for nine years. Blaine's consultative approach to sales is intended to make sure that prospects are good fits for the product, as we understand that it's not just about making a sale - we want to make sure that Cascade Server is the best possible solution for you.
Holly joined Hannon Hill in 2011. She manages the marketing team and works on a variety of marketing projects. She works with Cascade Server to publish new content to Hannon Hill's website, manages Hannon Hill's social media channels, plans the annual User Conference, and leads the team on other special projects as they arise. She also works with Hannon Hill's newest inbound marketing tool, Spectate, to optimize Hannon Hill's website content.
Mike is the Lead Engineer for Cascade Server. He has been with Hannon Hill since 2006. Having worked on the product for over five years, he knows Cascade Server inside and out. Mike provides guidance to our engineering team, and is also in charge of managing upgrades and patch releases. In addition, he provides tier 3 support to our clients.
Senior Sales Engineer
Charlie serves as the Sales Engineer for Hannon Hill, supporting the Sales Team by applying technical expertise and product knowledge to identify solutions based on unique prospect requirements.
