The Hotels
Last year, we reserved our initial block of hotel rooms at the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center, and when that one filled up, we booked an overflow block at the Renaissance Midtown Hotel. Well, our overflow guests enjoyed the free manager's happy hour (free wine and apps!!) and swanky rooms at the Renaissance so much that we're excited to make that the primary hotel for CSUC12! We do realize that many of our guests will prefer to be closer to the conference sessions at the Global Learning Center, so we're letting our early birds PICK which hotel they'd like to stay at.
Even if you can't take advantage of the early bird rate, we'll still try to accommodate any attendees who need to stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center. Additionally, we usually have several attendees who would like to extend their stay at the hotel or come early.
